Abstract
This work is devoted to a very topical issue for those engaged in mathematical physics-some aspects of the method of solving nonlinear differential equations. Almost always, when studying natural and creating technological processes, it is necessary to create their technological models, and they, in turn, almost always lead to the creation of differential equations and, of course, to the need to find their solution, if possible, accurate. We consider the method of application of the most commonly used method of solving differential equations - the method of separation of variables. The novelty of this work is that the analysis of the application of the method, in fact, engaged in a little. The problem is that for nonlinear differential equations, which are usually the final result of modeling the process, the solution by the method of separating variables looks quite different than for linear equations, much more difficult. For example, when separating variables in differential equations with power noniinearity, there is a need for the existing two arguments, to introduce three additional variables, resulting in the possibility of several options for solving this equation, which greatly complicates the analysis of the process.

Abstract
We study a modulation instability of axi-symmetric fast magnetosonic waves trapped by a cylindrical magnetic flux tube. The plasma motion is described by the ideal magnetohydrodynamic equations in so-called cold plasma approximation where the gas pressure is neglected. Nonlinear Schrddinger equation is used for describing the nonlinear evolution of an envelope of a carrier wave. It is calculated numerically by the Crank-Nicolson finite difference scheme for various values of wave parameters. Dispersion properties of the carrier wave are taken into account. Values of wave parameters are derived for which the modulation instability takes place. Solutions of Nonlinear Schrddinger equation for that values are discussed.

Abstract
The article presents the method of classification of the simplest geometric images based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient of connected objects in a binarized image. Experimentally obtained ranges of values of the correlation coefficient for line recognition, elliptical objects, and objects of irregular geometric shape. Object classification is the root task of image analysis and processing. Recently, this area has paid a lot of attention, since correct recognition of objects in an image is relevant for different areas: robotics, optical inspection of defects in materials and products, analysis of aerospace images, etc. Traditionally, filtering, binarization, wavelet analysis, contour analysis are used. Also recently, algorithms based on neural networks have become popular. Many classifiers have a large computational complexity and do not meet the increasing requirements for recognition accuracy and speed, so the challenge is to develop new high-performance methods and algorithms.

Abstract
Fucoidan is a high molecular weight, biologically active, sulfated brown algae heteropolysaccharide. The size of the particles on average is 1.7 ±1.3 microns, which determines its low bioavailability for active components that play an important role in the biotechnological processes that occur during the production of sour-milk and bakery products. In this regard, the effect of ultrasonic cavitation is used to increase the degree of dispersion of fucoidan, and hence its bioavailability.

One of the main factors in the process of typing (port wine) wines is heat treatment, which is accompanied by the reaction of melanoidin formation. The study and understanding of these processes facilitates the possibility of regulating the reaction towards the formation of characteristic compounds for a particular type of wine. Most of the nitrogenous substances in wines are amino acids. They are involved in the darkening reactions of liqueur wines, are sources of formation of substances such as aldehydes, higher alcohols, which affects the organoleptic characteristics of wines.

Abstract
In the structure of childhood diseases, diseases of the digestive system occupy a significant place, both in the prevalence and severity of clinical manifestations. Diet therapy is the only way to treat patients with food gluten intolerance, and one of the effective approaches is to follow a diet based on the use of gluten-free cereals. Against the background of a gluten-free diet in children, there is a shortage of many important components of food. Lack of nutrient intake, as well as impaired absorption, directly affects the degree of physical development of the child. The solution to this problem is to expand the range of specialized gluten-free grain mixtures using amaranth. Amaranth protein showed a complete absence of toxicity inpatients with celiac disease. A review of Russian and foreign articles showed fairly wide ranges of the content of the main nutrients in amaranth grain. As a result of the research work, data were obtained on the content of protein, lipids, digestible and non-digestible carbohydrates and ash content in amaranth grain, as well as its processed products - blasted grain and "Krupchatka" flour. The protein content in the considered products rangedfrom 5, 8 to 14.5% s. in.-in., lipids - from 3.2 to 5.5% s. in-in, carbohydrates 60.7- 79.2% of the north-east. The results obtained in this study can be used in the development of specialized gluten-free grain mixtures with amaranth. Expanding the range of specialized gluten-free products using amaranth for children with celiac disease will optimize approaches to catering for patients with gluten intolerance, increase treatment compliance, improve the quality of life of the child and his family.

Abstract
The authors' study of the content of information security in the Russian Federation, organizational structures of information security in Ukraine, France, Germany, the UK and the USA is presented. A comparative study of the structural components of information security in these countries since the 2000s has been carried out. The states that determine the political agenda in the world seek to ensure dominance in the information sphere and impose their vision on other players of the world order. The surge in interest in information security in the Russian Federation is due to the fact that the country has achieved a certain breakthrough in many areas of society's life, including political, economic (including after the introduction of sanctions against the Russian Federation, the share of domestic goods and services import substitution to the population), and, of course, informational. The Doctrine of Information Security of the Russian Federation 2016 shows the emergence of these problems at the level of interstate confrontation. The national security of the country is impossible without the high-quality implementation of information security for both citizens and the country as a whole.

Abstract
The urgency of the problem of formalization of political processes and systems and, as a consequence, the need to create tools that provide evidence-based decision-making in the management of systems whose behavior is determined by poorly formalized factors and uncertainty of conditions requires research aimed at the application of existing models and methods of research operations to the problems of political science. The models of political behavior presented in the article are based on the elements of game theory and the idea of optimization. It is obvious that the use of these tools for modeling social and political processes is a nontrivial task, the solution of which will allow to advance in obtaining complex conclusions from a set of initial assumptions to a much greater extent than natural language. The relevance of the problem is determined by the fact that the current state of mathematical modeling in political science is under development. As a rule, we develop models of systems for certain types of tasks and problems that do not meet the modern challenges that society presents to political science.
