Abstract
When using a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) to solve digital signal processing (DSP) problems, errors occur in rounding or truncating the results of operations to the word length used by specialized processors (SP). These errors occur in the paths for calculating the real and imaginary parts of the signal. In finite rings and Galois fields, a transformation can be defined whose properties are isomorphic to the properties of DPF and the Search for new ways to improve the efficiency of digital signal processing has led to the activation of the development of mathematical models that have the properties offinite algebraic structures.

Abstract
Medical visualization is the process of obtaining visual information about the internal structures of the body for the purpose of their clinical analysis. All modern medical imaging systems use analog-to-digital data conversion, which leads to noise and distortion of information. Image noise reduction is an important issue in modern medical imaging systems.

Abstract
Vegetables play an important role in the human diet. They saturate the body with vitamins, minerals, dietary fibers, etc. in Addition, some vegetables contain antioxidant substances that protect the human body from the effects offree radicals, thereby increasing immunity, contribute to the body's resistance to the influence of negative environmental factors. But despite this, their use in the food industry is limited. In this regard, a promising direction is the use of vegetable puree in the production of confectionery.

Abstract
Milk is the only food product that contains the necessary amount of nutrients for normal growth, development and functioning of the body of newborn mammals in the initial period of their life. Along with this, milk, in particular, sheep's milk, is the most important human food product in many countries of the world. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in interest in sheep's milk and products made from it, including functional products.

The article is devoted to researches of secondary raw material resources and development on their basis of flour confectionery. As flour confectionery are in the increased demand now among the population of the Russian Federation which main shortcomings are the high nutrition value and absence in the chemical composition of these products of the food fibers, water-soluble vitamins, mineral substances necessary for a human body for normal functioning. Therefore the special relevance is acquired by the researches directed development of technology of receiving flour candy stores of izdeliypovyshenny nutrition value. Research objective is development of technology of receiving flour confectionery of the increased nutrition value with use of meal of a guelder-rose ordinary.

Abstract
Antioxidant deficiency is an imbalance between prooxidant and antioxidant processes that occurs when the formation offree radicals increases or the activity of the antioxidant system decreases, which causes an increase in the level of lipid peroxidation. To reduce the negative impact of free radicals on the body is possible through regular consumption of food containing natural antioxidants such as polyphenolic substances, ascorbic acid, retinol, tocopherol, selenium, manganese and zinc.

Abstract
Increasing the amount of simple sugars in the diet is justified in the case of intense physical exertion, and for persons engaged in mental work or the elderly, the amount of simple sugars should not exceed 15-17% of the total amount of carbohydrates. Excess nutrition of simple sugars leads to an increase in body weight, the development of certain pathological conditions. Otherwise, with an excess consumption of simple sugars, the risk of obesity, diabetes mellitus, and metabolic disturbances in the human body increases many times. It is a growing concern that the consumption of free sugars - especially in the form of sugar-sweetened beverages and sugary foods - increases the total calorie intake and can reduce food intake levels that contain more nutritionally adequate calories, leading to unhealthy diets, weight gain and increase the risk of developing serious diseases such as diabetes, cancer, atherosclerosis, etc.

Abstract
The properties of edible food packaging based on apple raw materials with the addition of natural hydrocolloids: agar, xanthan gum, carrageenan and chitosan as plasticizers have been studied. The physicochemical properties of the resulting edible packaging - moisture, water absorption, resistance to various types of liquids - were studied, microscopy and organoleptic evaluation of samples were carried out.

Political conflicts are characterized by a variety of factors that cause them and a variety of forms of flow: from petitions and rallies, parliamentary discussions, accompanied by physical violence against opponents, propaganda campaigns, political strikes, intra-party conflicts, hidden methods of pressure on the enemy to devastating wars. Other extreme options are revolution, terrorist acts, assassinations ofpolitical opponents, etc. We will add such commonly used forms as refusal to participate in various political events, the imposition of an embargo on the export and import of goods, the use of sabotage as a conscious refusal to perform or negligent performance by the subjects and participants of the socio-political process of their immediate duties.

Abstract
Political contradictions serve as a trigger for political conflicts in the life of society. Often the end result of resolving conflicts of this kind is a change ofpolitical power and system, so such conflicts can be identified as radical. The value and ideological interests of social groups, which are in conflict with the political interests of those in power, push for decisive steps against the existing government. Thus, we can talk about conflicts, when the motive of the conflict are the contradictions between the non-basic, temporary interests and values of the conflicting agents, and significant conflicts, when there are irreconcilable contradictions between the fundamental political interests of the ruling elite and the rest of the population. Therefore, radical conflicts draw the majority of the population into the sphere of confrontation, transform the political system as a whole, changing the foundations ofpolitical institutions and public administration.

Abstract
The larger the historical person, the more difficult it is to evaluate the results of his or her professional activities. Apologists present the role that she played in history as achievements, critics and opponents - as flaws that highlight her vices. The personality of the Tsar Peter I. was most often presented in the history of Russia as an example of service to the Fatherland, while blind worship of the West and a despotic style of government were forgotten. His political and administrative elite, mired in corruption and debauchery, was also close to him.

Gennady Kasyanov is known in Russia and other countries mainly as the scientific Director of the world's only scientific school "Processing of agricultural raw materials with liquefied and compressed gases", the birth of which took place in the distant 70-ies of the last century. The founders of this school were his teachers: kand. tech. Sciences Pekhov Alexander Vasilyevich, doctor of technical Sciences. Sciences Leonchik Boris Iosifovich, doctor of biology. Sciences Seredin Razumnik Mikhailovich, laid in the young scientist a spark of knowledge, which ignited a powerful flame. The activity of this scientific school continues today, but at a new, higher, modern level. The life and work Of G. I. Kasyanov is a bright example to follow, especially for the younger generation of Russia.
