Abstract
Personalism recognizes a person possessing such key qualities as self-sufficient intellectual and creative identity, hierarchical dominance as an absolute value. These qualities give such a person an opportunity to take a more privileged hierarchical position to become the elite of the society. However, in the assessment of the political elite elitology uses formal principles making us speak of it as a form, rarely affecting the maintenance of its quality. For greater objectivity and impartiality elitology should take into account in addition to the formal, even personal characteristics of the elites, including ethical qualities and intellectual dignity.

Abstract
The study determines the main complications of orthodontic teeth movement to the post-extraction space. The most frequent complications were incomplete closure of interdental spaces and non-parallel root position after orthodontic treatment. The main reason of complications was gingiva mucosa fold in the post-extraction area, which was determined as «the symptom of a vertical fold of a post-extraction space».
