Abstract
In the light of correlation matrixes transformations that reflect the answers of metabolism parameters at asymmetric biases of blood flow indicators in the paired arteries of the brachiocephalic bloodstream and the transformations of biochemistry parameters correlation matrixes separately performed a comparison of regressions that signify metabolic responses, both before and after treatment. An attempt has undertaken to create a dynamic control model that characterizes the visceral regulation of metabolism as a coherent system. The necessity of the transition to the Hilbert space using the eigenvectors of correlation matrixes that reflect metabolism parameters interrelationship has shown.

Abstract
The common equation of the law of exponential growth of microorganisms does not include a continuous process of passivation of active cells exponentially growing cultures of microorganisms, which in the middle of the last century was unknown to A. Phelps, J. Monod and other microbiologists. So now, when the phenomenon of passivation active cells growing culture of microorganisms has already attracted the attention of researchers, it is time to clarify the equation and change it as desired.

Abstract
The article focuses on a brief description of special kinds of sweet vegetables; discusses the problem of sweet vegetables usage in manufacturing food services for the renewal of provision assortment and the influence of ecological factors on the quality of sweet vegetables. One way of solving this problem is the inclusion of the poor in the formulation of biologically active substances of products, a variety of dietary supplements. For this reason, the use of vegetables dessert, for the needs of processing, food and confectionery industry will contribute not only to solving the problem of rational use of nature, but also the optimization of intraspecific range of products at the expense of filling their physiologically functional ingredients. Therefore, the study vegetables dessert and the possibility of their introduction in the Stavropol region is an important issue for engineering science and practice.

Abstract
In the article are considered the problems of the ecological safety in the modern world. Currently in the scientific literature an environmental safety is interpreted in two ways: or as the action for the protection of society, identity and the natural environment from environmental hazards, or as a result of this action. But no less important it is the consideration of environmental safety as the economic category in that the nature and content of the environmental safety, and therefore the decision of questions of its components has the strong economic orientation.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the policy of multiculturalism in contemporary Europe and the PEGIDA (progressive Europeans against the Islamization of the West). The author notes the situation in Europe today because of the problems of the migrants integration into the host community, reveals some specificity inherent in individual countries and the reaction of citizens to their government’s recognition of insolvency policy of multiculturalism. A misunderstanding between the migrants and their host community, the desire to preserve their own identity, not dissolve in the “melting pot” of cultural diversity, constitute the research question of the article. The desire to maintain intercultural interaction and balance between the own and the stranger in a multicultural and multiethnic society are the basis of European cultural security today. The article is written with the financial support of Russian Foundation for Humanities: project № 15-33-11172 “Cultural Security in Heterotopia”

Abstract
One of the key problems for the modern society is the problem of the higher education quality and ensuring the equal access to it for everyone regardless of social, economic and cultural level. There is a wide range of the international studies, showing how the social capital acquired during education contributes to the successful socialization and life achievements. The authors point out that the function of the education as a channel of the social mobility is gradually neutralized. On the contrary, education becomes an institute of strengthening and reproduction of the inequality. The research papers of a number of the Russian authors are devoted to this topic, but these studies confirm generally the facts when it is of current interest to study the genesis of the educational inequality and the influence of the educational policy and some reforms of the national education systems on its principles and dynamics. Thus, it is important to use the comparative analysis, determining the general and special of the policies in the developed and developing countries and the countries which had the similar models of the institutional structure of the education system (the countries of the former USSR, Eastern Europe), and the factors explaining the similarity and distinctions found out.

Abstract
In acute tetrachlorocarbon (CCl4) hepatotoxicity in experimental animals is developing a hypoxic condition in the liver, associated with the disruption of the mitochondrial respiratory chain and oxidative phosphorylation, increased anaerobiosis and development of energy deficiency. Disturbed detoxification function of the liver, a reduction in the activity of glutathione-S-transferase and NADPH-dependent microsomal monooxygenase system, accompanied by compensatory increased activity of NADH is microsomal chain oxidation. The introduction of hesperidin, diosmin, flavizine and quercetin at doses of 100 mg/kg on General health scheme against Tetrachloromethane hepatosis in experimental animals prevents the development of hypoxia in the liver, improves the oxidative processes in mitochondria and aerobic production of energy, and increases the content of ATP in the liver. A complete recovery of NADH is the activity of the microsomes.
