Abstract
In the article different methods of conversion numbers from the residue number system to the binary number system was investigated. The simulation on the FPGA is performed, which implies that the approximate method based on the Chinese remainder theorem with fractional numbers with similar hardware cost in time wins 66,7 % in comparison with the classical Chinese remainder theorem.

Abstract
Describes a probabilistic control model remote object via an open communication channel, comprising the procedures of authorization and authentication of governors of the coded signals to the control object via the wireless communication channel. The authentication procedure of the control signals is carried out by processing of the control codes by a probabilistic algorithm of cryptographic transformation, which allows to obtain for each communication session the new unique cipher codes control actions. The algorithm is implemented by introducing into his scheme initialization vector which is transmitted to the control object in encrypted form, together with the cipher of the control action. Given a description of several applications realized by the use of probabilistic algorithm for the cryptographic transformation.

Abstract
Mechanism of interaction of chitosan with proteins is theoretically grounded in the review. The experimental results proved the ionic character of this interactions. The effectiveness of casein, ji-lactoglobulin, a-lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin binding with chitosan was evaluated. Abstract
The authors consider the options of technical solutions for low-potential heat accumulation systems for water heat carriers of thermal machines. The method of computer modeling of heat-mass transfer and aero-hydrodynamics has been used to calculate the thermal coefficients of cooling the circulating water of power plants in two versions of tower cooling towers with natural draft for longitudinal and counter flow motion of coolants and various arrangements of cooling devices. The primary increase in thermal efficiency in the utilization of low-potential heat in cooling towers with remote heat exchange is established in comparison with traditional cooling towers with internal filling of cooling devices.

Ntroduction to yeast dough various types of fillers affects the fermentation activity of yeast, acid, and so on organoleptic indicators of finished products. In the work carried out studies to determine the activity of yeast with the addition of various amounts of flour from Jerusalem artichoke in the rye-wheat dough. Determined that the introduction of the powder of the Jerusalem artichoke to 15-20 % of the total content of flour contributes to a more active development of yeast and rise the dough, forms the optimal acidity, improves the strength characteristics.

The article is devoted to analysis of reasons of the current crisis of national identity in the UK, Spain and Russia. The study aims to show that the crisis of national identity, which can be currently observed in the UK, Spain and Russia, is characterized by a number of common issues. The paper presents a study on bactericidal properties of Bifidobacterium bifidum exometabolites in respect of antibiotic-resistant hospital isolates: Staphylococcus aureus 889 (MRSA), Staphylococcus epidermidis 2041, Pseudomonasaeruginosa 2853, obtained from trauma and orthopedic departmental patients’ wound fluids.
