In article the main approach to a problem of preservation of hydromineral resources in the region of the Caucasus Mineralnye Vody Region (CMVR) is described.The analysis of a real condition and nature of change of a hydrolithosphere in the region is submitted. For the purpose of ensuring technological and ecological safety of operation of hydromineral base and the region, as a whole, need of development and creation of a control system by hydro- lithospheric processes is considered.

The article is devoted to the assessment of the Central hydromineral base of area of Kislovodsk mineral water. The condition of the water Narzan spring is analyzed. The implications of decolmatation of spring on the hydromineral base of the resort and at the bottling plant of «Narzan» are considered. The data loss of dolomite Narzan conditions is submitted. The average regression equation for the concentration of minerals and dissolved carbon di- oxide in the Narzan spring is shown. The basic anthropogenic factors affecting the environmental situation in the resort are disclosed.

The article presents the results of summary calculations of emissions of polluting substances into the atmosphere from enterprises within urban areas in the number of small towns of the Russian Federation.
