Tatyana Aleksandrovna Shebzukhova graduated from high school with a gold medal in 1990. In 1995, she graduated with honors from the History Department of the Karachay-Cherkess State Pedagogical University, specializing in "Historian and Lawyer".
In 2002, she graduated from the North Caucasus State Technical University, specializing in "Economics and Management at the Enterprise".
In 1999, she defended her PhD thesis at the Stavropol State University on the topic: "The Cooperative Movement in Stavropol in the Late 19th - Early 20th Centuries".
In 2002, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Moscow State Social University on the topic: "The Peasantry of the North Caucasus in the Context of Market Modernization (1860s - Early 20th Centuries): Experience of Systems Analysis". Since 1996, she has been working in teaching positions at the branch of the North Caucasus State Technical University in Pyatigorsk (now the branch of SKFU in Pyatigorsk) as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor. From 1998 to 2012, she worked as a dean of the law faculty.
Since 2012 (since the establishment of SKFU) to the present, she has been the director of the Pyatigorsk branch of the North Caucasus Federal University in Pyatigorsk.
Tatyana Aleksandrovna was awarded the honorary title of the founder of the scientific school: "Formation of a tourist cluster and service of a resort and recreational structure in the North Caucasus". T.A. Shebzukhova is the winner of a gold medal and a certificate of participation in the International Paris Book Salon - a grand intellectual event of 2015, as well as the winner of a gold medal and a certificate of participation in the Moscow International Education Salon (2015). Tatyana Aleksandrovna Shebzukhova is a member of the dissertation council D 212.193.03 at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Pyatigorsk State University" in political sciences, as well as a member of the dissertation council D 212.245.12 in historical sciences at the North Caucasus Federal University.
Since 2014, Tatyana Aleksandrovna has been an expert of the international open grant competition "Orthodox Initiative" to encourage social, educational, informational, cultural and other initiatives under the auspices of the Russian Orthodox Church. Author of more than 400 scientific and educational-methodical works, including 8 teaching aids, 5 teaching aids, 1 textbook and 30 monographs. 9 monographs were published in Germany, Austria and the USA.
In 2007, T.A. Shebzukhova was awarded the Honorary Title "Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation" T.A. Shebzukhova is the winner of the competition "Woman of the Year - 2013" in the nomination "Woman of the Year in Higher Education" of Pyatigorsk. Tatyana Aleksandrovna was awarded the prize "Person of the Year - 2016" in the nomination "Higher and Secondary Specialized Education" of Pyatigorsk. For educational, educational and social work T.A. Shebzukhova was awarded the medal "220th Anniversary of the Caucasian Mineral Waters". She was awarded a diploma and the Mikhail Lomonosov Prize for outstanding contribution to the development of science, education, culture and art with the presentation of a gold medal in Moscow. T.A. Shebzukhova was awarded certificates of the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, the administration of the Caucasian Mineral Waters, the administration and Duma of the city of Pyatigorsk.
Since April 2017, she has been a member of the Public Council under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the North Caucasian Federal District.
In October 2018, Tatyana Aleksandrovna Shebzukhova was elected Chairperson of the Public Council of the city of Pyatigorsk of the new convocation.
In March 2019, she was elected Deputy Chairperson of the Public Council under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the North Caucasian Federal District of the 2020-2023 convocation.
In September 2020, she was awarded the jubilee medal "240 years of the city of Pyatigorsk". In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation V.N. Falkov dated 04.22.2021 No. 279 k / n for significant merits in the field of higher education and many years of conscientious work, T.A. Shebzukhova was awarded the badge of distinction of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia - "Veteran" of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. By the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 22, 2022 No. 984-r, Professor T.A. Shebzukhova was included in the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
