Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, Professor of the Department of Software of Kostanay State University. Baitursynova (Kostanay, Kazakhstan). He was awarded the literacy of the Akim of the Kostanay region for contribution to the development of science and innovation in the Kostanay region and in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2011), the medal of the Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University of 3 degrees (2013) and the anniversary medal “Kazakhstan Maslikhattaryna 20 Zhyl” (2014).

In 2000, he graduated from the State University A. Baytursinov Kostanay with honors. In 2005, by decision of the Council for dissertations of the State University of the Urals, he received an academic degree of candidacy. Science in physics and mathematics.
