EFFICIENT FPGA IMPLEMENTATION OF CALCULATION OF THE REMAINDER FOR MULTI DIGIT NUMBERS

Abstract

Many modern information systems use operations on finite fields with different structures (for example, cryptographic systems). In this case, it is often necessary to make computations with large numbers (over than 128 bits). The implementation of the operation of finding the remainder of division for multi-digit numbers proposed in this paper will significantly increase the speed of such systems.
