СОПРЯЖЕНИЕ СТРАН ЕВРАЗИЙСКОГО ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО СОЮЗА И ПРИКАСПИЙСКОГО РЕГИОНА

Аннотация
Евразийский экономический союз как международная организация региональной экономической интеграции является срединным пространством, в рамках которого формируется глобальный проект Большого Евразийского партнёрства. Триада евразийских государств ЕАЭС (Россия, Беларусь и Казахстан) формируют основу данного союза и интеграционный потенциал его развития. Специфика географического пространства ЕАЭС состоит в сопряжении с важнейшими международными организациями Евразии, в геополитических и экономических границах которых развиваются Шанхайская организация сотрудничества (ШОС), Содружество Независимых Государств (СНГ), Европейский союз (ЕС) и др. Особое место занимает неформальное объединение стран Прикаспийского региона (СПР), в ареале которого формируется геополитический проект «Большой Каспий». В рамках указанной конфигурации рассмотрены возможные подходы к сопряжению важнейших сегментов развития стран ЕАЭС и Каспийского региона.
