The problems of prerequisites for radical public transformations: the «proletariat» of the XXI century

Abstract
The article is a study of key aspects and phenomena related to radical changes in society. The reasons that can become prerequisites for radical transformations are analyzed. The focus of the article is a class approach to understanding revolutions. The problems of identification of the proletariat of the XXI century are considered. The scientific approach presented in the article is designed to contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics that accompanies social changes, and the development of structural approaches to their management.
