THE FORMAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESS OF SYSTEM FUNCTIONING OF THE SUPPORT OF THE CONNECTION OF OPERATOR OF NEW GENERATION NETWORKS
Abstract
The formal statements of the problems of developing a distributed system of operational support for the operator of communication networks of a new generation are presented. The basic approaches to the solution of the set tasks are formulated and justified, that allow making well-founded decisions in the construction of such systems. A recursive convergent algorithm for the rational distribution of functionally independent software components on a plurality of processor modules is proposed
