THE GENESIS OF THE LEGAL POPULISM: HISTORICAL AND IDEOLOGICAL ASPECTS
Abstract
In legal populism essential natural law and legal status of an individual. For realiza-tion of social rights populists suggest changing the mechanisms of realization of political rights and freedoms, arguing the need for greater influence on lawmaking process. Populist ideal legal personality is most often associated with the idea of democratic public activities as the highest form of expression of personality.
