DETERMINATION OF ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF DRY EXTRACT OF FORSYTHIA DROOPING ON THE MODEL OF FE2+ ESCORTINBRISBANE LIPID PEROXIDATION

Abstract

Studied the antioxidant activity of dry extract of forsythia drooping in comparison with synthetic an-tioxidant ionol on the model of Fe2+ escortinbrisbane of lipid peroxidation. It is established that the FE AF inhibit Fe2+-escortinbrisbane lipid peroxidation in the emulsion of lecithin. This paper discusses the possible mechanisms of antioxidant action of substances in the composition of the dry extract of forsythia drooping, the values of IC50 ratio.
