TO THE QUESTION OF ABUSE OF SUBJECTIVE CIVIL LAW
Abstract
In scientific article the question of the maintenance of subjective civil law, analyzes the concept of abuse of subjective rights as a separate legal category; considers the correlation of this category with legal violations, analyses the possibility of assigning thereof to lawful or unlawful behavior; contains review of juridical literature and contemporary Russian legislation with regard to the problems related to abuse of right.
