CATERING IN THE CONDITIONS OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN THE NORTH CAUCASUS

Abstract

One of the most important aspects in the development of tourist services in the North Caucasian Federal district is to acquaint the tourists with the features of local traditional food of the multinational North Caucasus and the development of the service sector in this direction. The food industry needs to take into account the peculiarities of providing service to foreign tourists. A number of factors, among which the main ones are: natural features of any country, due to geographical location, ethical and religious norms, specific historical fate of the peoples, the level of development of countries affect the formation of dietary habits in different countries, the geography of food.
