THE EXPANSION OF THE RANGE OF TONIC BEVERAGE BASED ON VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS OF THE NORTH CAUCASUS REGIO

Abstract

Investigated the possibility of using the fruit and leaves of mulberry for making the soft drink a new taste. The choice of raw materials caused by the availability and cheapness, as well as the presence of a large number of biologically active substances.
