Modern methods of information security training

Abstract

This article explores methods and tools for training in the field of information security. The primary focus is on the need to adapt to modern challenges in the IT sector, examining the effectiveness of various methods, and ways of their implementation in large companies. Advantages and limitations of both traditional and innovative approaches to training are discussed, including online courses, simulations, and gamified methods.
