THE STUDY OF CELL VALUES DISTRIBUTION LAWS IN THE STATIC RAM CHIPS USED AS A PHYSICALLY UNCLONABLE FUNCTION IN A MUTUAL AUTHENTICATION MODULE

Abstract

The item offers a view at the results of a study into static memory chips taken as a physically unclonable function for devices with mutual authentication, as well as offers an analysis of values distribution in static memory chip cells at initialization for a series of measurements.
