Abstract
Gennady Kasyanov is known in Russia and other countries mainly as the scientific Director of the world's only scientific school "Processing of agricultural raw materials with liquefied and compressed gases", the birth of which took place in the distant 70-ies of the last century. The founders of this school were his teachers: kand. tech. Sciences Pekhov Alexander Vasilyevich, doctor of technical Sciences. Sciences Leonchik Boris Iosifovich, doctor of biology. Sciences Seredin Razumnik Mikhailovich, laid in the young scientist a spark of knowledge, which ignited a powerful flame. The activity of this scientific school continues today, but at a new, higher, modern level. The life and work Of G. I. Kasyanov is a bright example to follow, especially for the younger generation of Russia.
