RUSSIA'S HIGHER SCHOOL INTERNATIONALIZATION POLICY: EVALUATION OF THE PAST, FORECAST FOR THE FUTURE

Abstract
The paper considers the main goals, types, actors, and conditions for the internationalization of higher education. The experience of Russian higher education in the field of internationalization is evaluated, the main barriers are identified, and measures for its improvement are proposed.
