THE ANTIOXIDANTS IN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Abstract

One of the theories of aging - free radical. The theory is based on the fact that the cause of premature aging and development of many diseases are oxygen free radicals that ac-cumulate in the body.Only substances that are able to bind and neutralize free radicals allow to maintain health. The article is a review is devoted to vegetable sources that contain antioxidants (anti-oxidants are substances, corrective oxidative stress in humans.
