ANTICORRUPTION LAW POLITICS: PROBLEMS OF FORMATION IN THE NORTH CAUCASIAN FEDERAL DISTRICT
Abstract
Problems of formation of legal policy on anticorruption in the North Caucasus Federal District of the Russian Federation. The various points of view on the alignment of strategy and tactics of the state in the said area. The conclusions concerning the role of law-making and law enforcement agencies in the implementation of anti-corruption policies in the North Caucasus.
