ABOUT RESULTS OF INSPECTION OF SYSTEM OF REMOVAL AND CLEANING DUST EMISSIONS IN THE ATMOSPHERE WHEN MELTING STEELIN THE ARC DSP-150 FURNACE

Abstract

The greatest difficulties with catching and with dust removal of flue gases arise when melting steel in arc electric furnaces. Due to the strategy of development of ferrous metallurgy accepted in Russia for 2014-2020 and on prospect till 2030, the power providing a gain in metallurgical industry at the expense of increase in a share of production was become in electric furnaces, problems of decrease in negative impact of the enterprises of branch on environment become even more actual. Results of inspection of the operating system of removal and dust removal of emissions in the atmosphere when melting are given in article became in the arc DSP-150 furnace.
