При соблюдении гидродинамического и теплового подобия с учетом масштабных коэффициентов, метод теории подобия позволяет распространять результаты исследований, полученных на экспериментальной модели, на промышленный объект.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The drying process of beet pulp is influenced by temperature, the speed of superheated steam, the specific load of the material on the gas distribution grid and the pressure in the drying chamber.
