Статья посвящена современному отражению превалирующих тенденций и социальных процессов в функционально-пространственной среде города-курорта, соотношению открытых и закрытых пространств, формированию и развитию «второй природы» города-курорта, возможности контроля и коррекции морфологических и функциональных изменений в современной урбанистической ситуации.

The article is devoted to modern reflecting the prevailing tendencies and social processes in the functional-spatial environment of the city, the correlation of open and closed spaces, the formation and development of the “second nature” of the resort city, the possibility of monitoring and correcting morphological and functional changes in the modern urban situation.
