В статье рассматриваются основополагающие документы Российской Федерации в сфере демографической политики. В качестве приоритетов автор выделяет: снижение уровня смертности. Повышение продолжительности активной жизни. Задачи сохранения динамики повышения рождаемости. Укрепление института семьи. Привлечение трудовых мигрантов. Подвергнуты анализу: новая демографическая программа В. В. Путина и результаты демографической политики. Делается вывод о том, что решение демографических задач находится в прямой зависимости от эффективности социальных мер, направленных на создание благоприятных социальных условий и повышение уровня жизни населения. В статье также описаны результаты анкетирования 100 преподавателей и студентов по рассматриваемой проблеме, проведенные автором в Карачаево-Черкесскиом государственном университете имени У Д. Алиева. Выявлены мнения респондентов по вопросам условий и факторов повышения рождаемости.
The article discusses the fundamental documents of the Russian Federation in the field of demographic policy. As priorities the author emphasizes: reduction of mortality rate. Increasing the duration of active life. Tasks maintain the momentum of increasing fertility. Strengthening the institution of the family. Attraction of labour migrants. The author analyzes the new demographic program of V. V. Putin and the results of demographic policy. It is concluded that the solution of demographic problems is directly dependent on the effectiveness of social measures aimed at creating favorable social conditions and improving the living standards of the population. The article also describes the results of a survey of 100 teachers and students on the issue conducted by the author in Karachay-Cherkessia state University named after U. D. Aliev. The opinions of respondents on the conditions and factors of increasing fertility are revealed.
