В работе осуществлено определение сорбционных параметров пленочных материалов, опираясь на изучение кинетических закономерностей удаления влаги из них и даны рекомендательные предложения по перспективе исследования и реализации оригинальных биоразлагаемых полимерных материалов для упаковки пищевых продуктов. Инфракрасная сушка является одним из эффективных методов удаления влаги из полимерных пленок, используемых в пищевой и упаковочной промышленности, она обеспечивает быстрое и равномерное высушивание материалов при минимальных энергозатратах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pectin-based biopolymer films have attracted considerable interest due to their potential as an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional petroleum-derived plastics. The paper describes the determination of the sorption parameters of film materials based on the study of kinetic patterns of moisture removal from them and provides recommendations on the prospects for research and implementation of original biodegradable polymer materials for food packaging.
