Они используются в пищевой и косметической промышленности, в кормах для животных и в фармацевтике. Поэтому извлечение биологически активных веществ из побочных продуктов переработки рыб может значительно сократить количество пищевых отходов. В данной статье описаны методы извлечения каротиноидов из побочных продуктов переработки частиковых видов рыб методом экстракции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Carotenoids have a wide range of health benefits: they strengthen the immune system and wound healing process, and protect against the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation. They are used in the food and cosmetics industries, animal feed and pharmaceuticals. Therefore, extracting biologically active substances from fish processing by-products can significantly reduce food waste.
