Эти явления охватывают, бесспорно, и политическую элиту, вынужденную адаптироваться к новым обстоятельствам, к открывшимся вместе с ними возможностям и возникшим препятствиям. В частности, развитие социальных медиа угрожает ее информационным привилегиям</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The development of the information society has an impact on the most important sphere of life of modern society, the political sphere, contributing to the development of political technologies. These phenomena undoubtedly include the political elite, which is forced to adapt to new circumstances, to the opportunities that have opened up with them and the obstacles that have arisen.
