Исследованы физико-химические свойства полученной съедобной упаковки - влажность, водопоглощение, стойкость к различной природы жидкостям, проведено микроскопирование и органолептическая оценка образцов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The properties of edible food packaging based on apple raw materials with the addition of natural hydrocolloids: agar, xanthan gum, carrageenan and chitosan as plasticizers have been studied.
