Статья представляет собой обзор этих современных технологий. Особое место уделяется методу электроразрядной обработки органического растительного сырья и целевых продуктов на его основе. Освещены вопросы механизма воздействия электрического разряда на электропроницаемость растительного сырья.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the current nonthermal processing technology of organic raw materials, their advantages over thermal methods. Sathya represents an overview of these ad-vanced technologies. Particular attention is given to the method of electric discharge machin-ing organic raw and target produktov on its basis.
