Рассматриваются проблемы формирования правовой политики по противодействию коррупции на территории Северо-Кавказского федерального округа Российской Федерации. Анализируются различные точки зрения по вопросам выстраивания стратегии и тактики государства в названной сфере. Делаются выводы, касающиеся роли правотворческих и правоприменительных органов в деле осуществления антикоррупционной политики на Северном Кавказе.
