В статье приведены аналитические результаты развития туриндустрии Российской Федерации и Северо-Кавказского федерального округа как одного из субъектов; определены основные факторы, которые сдерживают процессы интенсивного роста туристского кластера; выявлены главные аспекты существующих проблем и показаны пути достижения поставленных целей; определены механизмы формирования туркластера и показаны пути решения задач кадрового обеспечения.
The paper presents the analytical results of the development of tourist industry of the Russian Federation and the North Caucasus Federal District as one of the subjects. The main factors that inhibit the processes of intensive growth of the tourism cluster. Identified the main aspects of the problems and show ways to achieve their goals. Specifies the mechanisms of formation of tourist cluster and shows the ways of solving problems of personnel maintenance
