СКФО и ЮФО, а теперь и присоединившийся девятый Крымский федеральный автономный округ, четко выделяет южную зону территории России, обладающую огромным туристско-рекреационным потенциалом, который нуждается в разработке механизма четкого взаимодействия и регулирования отраслей народного хозяйства, составляющих общую систему данного региона
